Blake comes from a family of actors, and is the daughter of actors Ernie and Elaine Lively. She made her film debut when she was 10 years old, playing the Tooth Fairy in
Sandman, an indie production directed by her father. In addition to acting, Blake has also performed with a National Championship Show Choir.
2005 marked Blake's feature film debut in the quirky comedy The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants, which also starred , America Ferrera and . She finished her senior year of high school after the production wrapped.
Blake can next be seen on the big screen in Accepted, a slacker comedy starring Justin Long, and in
Simon Says, a thriller starring creepy (better known as Back to the Future’s George McFly.
