This Canadian-born actress of Indian and Polish descent made her feature film debut in 2001 in the offbeat comedy Kasoor. In 2002, she appeared in Takkari Donga and the hit romantic comedy Bollywood/Hollywood. Her American film debut came in 2004, when she starred in another romantic comedy, Arrangement, before she relocated to England to pursue further training as an actress.
Lisa starred as Kalyani in Water, a Canadian-made film set during the British colonial rule of India in the 1930s.
Expect to see more of Lisa on the big screen in the upcoming year, as she's set to star as Nina Atwal in Seeking Fear, a drama about lives disrupted, and Quarter Life Crisis, a romantic comedy in which she portrays a woman named Angel.
